Gateway update release within 48 hours according to Garyopa from Maxconsole:

But the big question that everyone really wants to know that are waiting for the Gateway 3DS release, which is just around the corner within the next 48 hours, does this New 3DS Ambassador model ship with a firmware lower then 9.2 like the Aussie ones!
