doesnt matter, since noone knows if nintendo will ship their consoles with 9.2 instead of the newest firmware. happened a lot with the european market though. Seems to me, that new consoles are already produced in large amounts, which means, that some of them might be still "old" in firmware.

Well I think we will see an North American release around March or Spring, when Zelda is being released.. We just saw a box for the new 3ds model with Zelda, so why not think it's gonna ship around Zelda probably with 9.2... But i don't think Ninty is that slow.. but you never know..

Y'know what I would really hate? If after all this silence from Gateway, no one has gotten an email in a few days, we get emails tomorrow saying that the release is "imminent" or say that the release is "within a few days" or "a couple of days" etc...

I'd rather have this silence now than face the reality of getting those responses again.
