Ok. If that works, reinstalling the NAND, what should i do afterwards?Will my wii system menu be fixed? Then i can install HBC again, make proper nand backups and stuff?

Everything should be fixed. Just keep aware that you will lose all of your data, since nand.bin is where all the data is.

When trying to install the ohneschwanzenegger generated-NAND , it says 'backup is for another wii' or something like that . and says that i should enter some konami code thing... I read about it and i can't do it because i don't have any GC controller....What can i do?

You need a GameCube controller. Just do ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A START.
