Gateway said in an email, "by the end of the week". If they don't deliver we will purchase a Sky 3ds. Not waiting any more. Sunday or Monday will be the latest. I own a Gateway but a Sky3ds would be alright to own at this point in time.

although they did say emunand is supported BUT if no emunand then it's like this for me :

4.5 firmware aka emunand + fuked up 3D VS no emunand but super stable 3D & more powerful machine , i will take the 2nd option any day.

There wont be >9.2 games for quite a long time. If emuNAND isn't in the release, it will be added well before games come out.

not entirely true on the "for quite a long time", since nintendy might just decide "Hey, screw you guys. This will momentarily slow you down!" and then we'll all momentarily be stuck without being able to play 3 games which are probably shovelware, but because we can't play them via gateway we'll buy a new 3ds and buy the game just to play it.

(this is exactly how nintendo thinks people react to being blocked for a couple of days)

I don't care for online or eshop or updates right now. I simply want to start using my Gateway and start playing games. If I can run one game on the card I'd be satisfied. All this cool shit and emunand will surely come down the road as Gateway has always released updates, maybe it won't be in 3.0 but maybe in 3.1, 3.2, etc.
