Gateway said "should be", so it's not sure they will release it before tomorrow. I don't trust their words anymore.
Their "should be" is like "around the corner", "within a few days", but we are still waiting and waiting....
In fact, we don't need the support for lower firmwares, after Gateway said they made their flashcart work with the latest firmware, I think most of people updated their 3DS.
They should add the support for lower firmwares later, that was not urgent and they promised to add cheats, they still haven't...
I'm very tired of this.
My brother wants a flashcart, if I hadn't had two Gateway flashcarts, I would have bought a Sky3DS for him.

They didnt promise but they mentioned that theyre working on it.Please show me just one place where they said that they would ever support cheats.
Get one while you can.
If you want to use the Gateway then definitely do not wait for U.S. release.
JAP if you want to save $80 and don't mind the UI being in Japanese.
PAL if you don't mind the extra $80 and want a English UI.
I personally went for the JAP version as I think it's worth saving the $80. I'll be spending my time in games and not the UI anyways.
