Might but they're not just sellers, like i said before, they're also a well know and respected "underground video games" news website in france, and they're also realy fast, like the leak of the XBONE Devkit recently, so...

Gateway 3.0 probably makes use of SKY3DS method to let their game to be noticeable via 3DS.
When launched, it would enter a cubic ninja mode which takes QR (like ninja hax) to somewhat download emmunand onto the system.

Thats why it doesnt work on 9.3 ( as cubic ninja etc doest work on 9.3 )

And if Im correct, the blue cart might come in handy again as DS cart is easier to be read tha 3ds card. Maybe that's the cart that brings us to the cubic ninnja mode?

Sky3DS by emulating a real 3DS cart on a hardware level. Im 100% sure thats now how GW3 will work.

I lived in Italy 2 years and the idea of a week starting on a Sunday was so foreign and the strangest thing to them. They hadn't even heard of it being that way in usa. I do not believe gateway is us based at all and their week ends at 23:59 Sunday more than likely.

why you guys think that cubic ninja exploit is the abse of everything? the hackers have a LOT OF exploit that they don't make public o-o cubic ninja was just one they mad epublic to see what ninedo would do about that ... probably GW would do somethng or like before with the DS card or like sky3DS to make the console think it's an original cart and then stall something õ3o or maybe a nw thing we are not hinking about XD

Oh c'mon Gateway. I'm happy and all you're releasing it on Sunday but damn it.. I'll be away the whole weekend, comming back on Monday. And after that, bam, exams and works. Jeez ..
