woah wait, you mean there are companies that don't want to take your money? Link me! I want free products

Wanting money is one thing. Exploiting products to break so that they become unusable before their lifespan is actually over is bad business ethics. You've studied business ethics, have you not?

Same. I've lurked here for years before joining. Until recently I felt no reason to join - I just came, obtained instructions for things, and went about my business.
5 days before my 1st year member :)
Lurker since 2009-2010 :D
I used to chill over at wiihacks.com it's so shit there now, I'm pretty sure there are more staff then active users lol. And the staff there are absolutely horrible and rude. They're the type of people who get angry when a total noob makes a mistake or doesn't know something. Last straw was when I was threatened with a ban for not giving a mod super respect lol. they did have the best wii hacking tutorial though.

I would have an account there, and lurk over here mostly. Then gateway came along and I made the complete switch. Waiting. And waiting. And waiting.

But you know what? It hasn't been thaaaat bad. I mean I tasted some prison, trolls, and vague release dates, but this community we've got going on has been pretty chill. I'm most likely here to stay, but probably lurk a lot again :P

Can't forget Thomas though! Never forget Thomas.

My good sir I believe you have me mistaken for someone else. I've studied no such thing! Please link me to this amazing research you've found regarding the destruction of Apple devices though. I've had a couple of ipads and ipods and never had any break (still got an ipod shuffle and ipod touch 2nd gen that I use with no problems)

Turned on my n3ds today... just to flip through the menus and shoot little flying faces... did not ease my anticipation. now im like wayyy to anxious for this god damn release.

aaaand my wife wont let me buy the titanfall xbone bundle that's currently clearanced to $250 at target :/

I just told you the facts of the matter, as told to me by actual Apple ITs based in Pittsburgh serving Chatham University, and experience based on friends who also owned MacBook Pros. I'm not up for a flame war right now, I see one starting, and I'm ending it now.

Random question, but does anybody know if you could convert a .3dz back into a .3ds?
Pretty sure it's just a matter of changing the .3dz to .3ds
Like, renaming it...
No conversion. Don't quote me on it though.

I don't think the header matters because .3DS files aren't/Shouldn't allowed online iirc

Can a .3dz for one region (US) be played on a 3ds of another region (Japan)? Or are .cia files the only way to play a game for a different region? Can .3dz be converted to .cia, is there anything else needed to be done in order to work?

I've read "yes, they can", but I haven't tried. And yes, there are tutorials. I think it'd be just a matter of changing the .3dz to .3ds before conversion.
