I think they should post it here, in max consoles, and other forums/sites first/at the same time, so the sever of their site wouldn't be so harassed and they don't need to delay the launch. Instead of just uploading the download link on their servers, uploading on mega, mediafire and shit could help to distribute the trafic

but IMO, if their site just went down 3 times in all this hype time with A LOT of people refreshing it all the time, i think it can handle

I have a question about what happens to the nintendo id and games after setting up emuNAND so I can be prepared for when the update comes out.
I have a 3ds with many games downloaded from the eshop and my nintendo id on it and when I go through the process of installing the exploit you have to format the sd card so it partitions it for emuNAND.
If I backup the data on my sd card, go through the gateway and emuNAND setup process, then copy the data back to the sd card, can I put it on the emuNAND partition so that the games, save, nintendo id, ect are all accessible in emuNAND?
I'm hoping this is possible because i'd like to just leave my 3ds in emuNAND at all times so I don't have to reboot all the time.

On a return to the topic at hand, does anyone have any guesses how far they are going to go down at release? Covering 8.1 will cover most people who are below 9.x but above 4.x but I'm curious if they've said if they're planning to really get every firmware in this one release.

I'm also wondering that if it's truly a QR Code for MiiCreator if each one will have to be tailored to each system, or if there'll be just a single generic, how does NinjaHax handle that?

Sort of offtopic, but still Gateway related I suppose:

I've started looking into downloading games for when my Gateway arrives. Each game is around 1GB, how on earth are people fitting them all onto their SD cards?

Or I'm just dumb and missing something obvious.

A lot of people who aren't white really love the idea of being white. Just the way the world is. People in Asian countries actually buy makeup, guys and gals, to look whiter.

Also, I doubt the update will ever be on their server. They'll have like 10 mirrors and post it to max console once it's up. The issue is if it has to download something to initiate the exploit + loader like in NinjaHax.

Some of us have bought Samsung and San Disks from Amazon. They have fairly competitive prices right now.
Mid range class 10 cards should be fine about $15 for 32GB and $34 for 64GB. I doubt the Gateway can take advantage of the super fast ones that are made for high end cameras.

odds are you will at least wanna double that so you have enough space for a few games and your emunand partition
