Do you remember that I setup push notifications for any change of the lastBuildDate of their RSS Feed? Well… It changed 3 times within the last hour. The last time at 12:42 GMT+1.
That timestamp actually changes if they do anything in wordpress. Maybe they are currently writing the post for 3.0 :D

afaik most games will default to the main language (in most cases English), but i remember reading that some games will default to a different language i.e French/Spanish if played on a Japanese console, afaik there is no way to change the language on most games as its set by the system, but some games let you choose the language in game like pokemon

So buying new 3ds jap is not so convenient...

Has anyone noticed this already?

I don't think it means much, it's just interesting because I don't see what they've changed.

Get it from good ol' Australia.
I haven't heard of any emergency updates being pushed to retailers and they've been shipping with 9.0
Friend just picked one up from EB Games earlier today on 9.0

Owh I wouldnt know but I guess thats not a problem since the video shows us devmenu and a .cia game.

I do not know either, but i am sure another spoofing mechanic system need to setup for it to be able to update the spoofed system to the latest firmware and to be able to play new games. They might name it differently, but the idea should be the same.
If they do not manage to do that, then it will be just like the period of firmware 4.0-4.5 without emuNAND.
People with 3ds on firmware beyond 4.5 should hope for the former, or they are screwed till another exploit is found.

There's nothing new here and there's no need for speculation. To install devmenu you need emunand.

The only part that is liable for legal action is what in the EULA is a copy of an existing right as appointed by law.
For example if I sell you a bike and when you go home you find an EULA attacked on it that state "You can't call be me beautiful . You can't shoot me in the face" the EULA itself is worthless (and you can call me beautiful ) but at the same time if you shoot me in the face you will be punished according to law (if they found you).
That's because law, not EULA.
So yes, big company have rights and they can enforce them, but they are defined buy the existing laws, not the EULA.

yes but an eula is a legal contract although it may not be used as one often it can be used an ace in the hole if you will by making you agree to a legal agreement, because u may not realise but everything has a eula, end user licence agreement, which is to protect the owner of the object.

in laymans terms although the eula is mainly used as a terms of use, it can be used with the right content as a legal contract which you can accept by using the thing you paid for.

if i were nintendo, i'd have made sure anyone who owns a 3ds and has switched it on even once agrees to not use any unlicensed game slot peripherals, or software, and that i reserve the right to incapacitate any console violating the terms of use/eula. doing so would let me as in nintendo kill your 3ds for running a gateway or homebrew.

someone remove this post before i give nintendo a bad idea!!!
