Hacking Gateway 3DS working on the New Nintendo 3DS.

i went to my friend house and forgot my 3DS know the wireless in his house
and my 3DS was in sleep mode
i wake my 3DS to find it asking for update
the problem this is my main 3DS, i can't format it

oh and i have second 3DS ( original 3DS , but not updated yet )

both in the same frameware

i dont get it though, why would you leave your 3DS in sleepmode if you know thats how firmware updates can be pushed, while you are interested in flashcard use. Its like looking for trouble. I'll admit, i'm also not the brightest when it came to Firmware since i updated my 3DS in order to play Dream Team Bros. (before gateway even existed) but thats when we didnt know any better.

i really don't know why is nintendo making the updates are force able ?
is there any other console that force updating in sleep mode ?

i hope some one will make a homebrew to delete the update from the system

what if , i kept the nagging , and after GW release the new method , i can do the emu nand thing and update from 9.2 to 9.4 ?

Using local trading pushes updates? Fuu-k man. (but, you need to put 3ds on sleep mode? I thought it was active trading)
Also... Anyone uses Street Pass? Really? What is its usage for (other than miiplaza)? (no judging, only asking from my ignorance)

it was on topic it was a reply to someone saying that the update annoys then and the other post was a legitimate defense,the situation is utter nonsense: we should be like this?: someone arrives and ask any news?, then the guy says oh well then Ill leave.............. Eon ticket is for celebi or another legendary, right? I didn't know it was shareable.
I'm a quite lost on 3DS features, now that I realize myself.

to get the other lati@s for the version you and your friend is using
if you have omega ruby , you get latios in the story
however ,if you have the ticket , you can travel to some area and catch latias

you wont get these nagging update messages in emunand mode because your emunand will be up to date anyway.

However, I did not downloaded them on spanish. So good I understand wrote english nicely.

Yeah I was talking about uncle Phoenix dual destinies has dlc as far as I´m concerned, I believe that the content is an extra case. I have played all of them with the exception of the Miles one and dual destinies, the first one is my favorite game of the entire ds catalog, on the other hand The miles game was awful (in my opinion) maybe my problem was that it felt completely different to the rest of the series, and not only in the game dynamics, the humour was very kiddish. For me it dint felt like the real thing

I didn't played Edgeworth yet.
With new content I didn't meant Dual Destinies, but Phoenix Wright Trilogy , e-shop exclusive game, that reunites the 3 games on one game. It has new content or better graphics? (comparing it with DS games) Anyone knows?

I have no idea My aussie new 3ds is resting in the box so I don't visit the eshop, I wanted to buy a game in the eshop in order to make the wait easier but when it arrive 9.3 was out.

I'm beginning to wonder why Gateway posted a video with no intention of releasing the update in the then-near future. Wouldn't it be smarter to release a video a few days before? It's been so long that I'm beginning to have doubts.
