try to change your location. Use a proxy and spoof your location to China, that's how I'm getting it to work

edit: theoretically, I believe you can just change your location to anywhere, as long as you've got a different IP

I'm just waiting for 9.4.0 to be usable on EmuNAND for 4.5.0. Gateway can take their time with 9.0-9.2 host support as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah, I wouldn't get my hopes up.

If they were going to provide a 9.3/4 update for 4.x users they'd have done so already. It looks like they're going to release it along side native 9.x support. Which, by the looks of it, is imminent.
