I'm pretty sure saves are compatible with GW, MT, Sky3DS as long as your game doesn't use 6.x crypto save.

Anyway GW or not, I'm sure that saves restore doesn't work:

I tried this:
Burn Zelda OOT
played a few minutes
saved
Didn't backup save to my PC but backup the game
removed the game
played with another game
reburned zelda OOT

The save is here!

Formatted the card
reburned OOT

NO SAVE

It confirms what I said: saves are stocked on the micro SD card and not on the game itself

Okay. can you try this:
Burn Zelda OOT
played a few minutes
saved
backup save to your PC
removed the game
played with another game

Format the card
restore save
reburn OOT

And tell me if the save is back. This is to confirm if the actual restoring of saves is working or not.

Mine are not showing no.

What's not showing? Did you manage to get more than 10 games onto your Sky3DS?

Nevermind got it working. Got 15 games they all work & save

How did you get it working ? simply with the crack tool? Do you have 15 games on the same card?

And can you tell me what happens when you reach the 10 games limit and don't use the crack? Can you launch more than 10 games but can't save? Or 11th game doesn't show?

EDIT: can you try to backup your saves, format the SD card, restore your saves and see if they are here

My issue is that some games go to no and some go to yes. Saves only work if the 11, 12, 13 etc game saves no. If it says yes once you take the card out you will have to start over. How do you make all games say no???

You still have to you the crack tool. But the tool is not making all my games say no.

So it seems that the 10 games limitation is about save limitation, right?
With 20 games all NO eeprom, any problem at all...

This is an interesting find. Maybe the 10 game limit wasn't all we thought it was. Maybe Sky3DS actually did consider the fact that any more messes up with saves.

We need to confirm this ASAP. My Sky3DS can't come soon enough. :S

I have not tired 20 games all NO eeprom. When i got it the hack was not out so I already used my 10 slots up. But the hack works fine after 10.
How did you get this to work? When I put my 11th game in and do the switch it shows the 11th game but when I go to play the game it loads and then says the 3ds cartridge has been removed? When I reset and go back it swaps right to my original 10 games?
I wonder if I am missing a step...

Did you modify the template file?

tommorow I get my Sky3ds, so I can finally test it!
I have had luck with conversion and loading and seeing it switch to 11th game but actually being able to play it is a different story. The game will appear to load but give me error that card has been removed. Also when it changes to 11th game it will auto switch on its own to one of my original 10. I must be missing a step that I am not aware of.

Yes I modified the template file. The conversion and everything all seemed to work because it converted the EEProm to no . It does comes up in my switch list but when I go to play it it quickly switches to the next game of the original 10.

I must be missing something?

And if you leave only 1 game on your sd card (11th game), can you play it?

How to play more than 10 backups

You know how everytime you press the red button it cycles over to the next backup in the sd card? yeah well now what you need to do is

  1. Press and hold the red switch for about 5 seconds. You'll notice that the game doesn't automatically change. Now press the A button again to run the next game.

I do that 5 second switch and press a and it takes me into the game like it is loading and then says remove card. I then go back home and my game has switched. Is it suppose to work a different way.

I am trying to just have the 11th game alone. I will let you know. Thanks for the suggestion

@K3Nv2 Snow Day is pretty fun. My only bitch would be the camera controls, when you move around, say down, you have to move the right stick left or right to get camera to turn and get your view, other than that I like it so far.

I just been playing offline, and they give you a few bots here n there on your team to help battle. I don't think it's as funny as the other games tho, more battle oriented than humor, which kinda sucks, but I'm still early in it
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, doesnt the game have a campaign mode?
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea, and co-op, but you can also start a pvp session and battle just with friends. You get special skill cards (powers) the more you play. And higher value cards, but you can only enable so many cards at a time.

Toilet paper is considered the money, you collect and buy stuff with TP, kinda funny. Graphics are def better than the other games tho, I think they used Unity 5 engine.

@Xdqwerty, Many of them did before colour television was common.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Likely because black and white TV was in-expensive.

It certainly wasn't inexpensive it cost the same as a new car back then

How much did a 1965 color TV cost?

For example, a 21-inch (diagonal) GE color television in 1965 had an advertised price of $499, which is equal to $4,724 in today's dollars, according to the federal government's inflation calculator.
