Anything on 9.0 - 9.2. 3DS/XL and New 3DS/XL.

Sky3DS relies more on hardware manipulation than software. It and Gateway are two entirely different beasts, especially considering Gateway achieves kernel access.

Sky3DS isnt using any exploit. And its pretending to be a retail cartridge, so it wont be blocked. But I can be wrong too....

I don't think you'll need to be on EmuNAND 9.3 to run the Phoenix Wright Trilogy if it's an eShop only game though. Right?

Nintendo can't block Gateway's 9.x exploit until they've actually released the exploit. Unless of course Nintendo has someone working for them inside of Gateway. Which I highly doubt. So any new firmware update released before the exploit probably still has the same holes in it.

I'm sorry, I tend to get annoyed when people spread baseless misinformation. "Group A finds exploit. Group B also finds exploit. We'll assume group B stole it, even though we have no proof".

I would be terrified if you were involved in law.
