DAMN YOU HOMEBREW SCENE!

so the 1st day of ninja cubic release day.. i brought ninja cubic as you do. I brought it of http://www.play.com/ (i have brought 38 games from them) by one of the sellers called MoviesAndGamesUK the rating for them was 97% of 1000 buys or something.

now the problem is that its the 1 dec 2014 and i still have received my game. and the game cost me £51 which is a lot of money just to throw away.

i have contacted them with no reply.

if i report them to the bank... i might not get my game... if i don’t ill lose my money if i was conned/whatever.

what to do?

Don't order things if you don't understand how to deal with sour purchases. Especially from a place like rakuten.
Anyway http://www.play.com/information/shop-with-confidence-merchant-trust.html

Contact their support. I don't have a Play account and can't be assed to make one but I imagine there'd be a way to contact support from the My Account page, if not the Help button leads you to asking their support a question.
They should get the ball rolling, if not THEN it's time to contact your bank.

also lol paying £51 for a shitty homebrew exploit. Not even worth 1.

The chinese mafia actually has a useful product that allows piracy. Ninjhax is just a shitty homebrew exploit, and I doubt it'll go much past that unless i've missed something.
Buuut anyway that's offtopic. Hopefully rakuten support can solve your problem. The seller not responding is pretty shady, though.

To each their own I suppose, I absolutely love the respect people have for devs like Smea, but I digress. It sucks to have people willing to rip the OP off like that, and I hope that his bank can at least reverse the charges like that. Sounds like a pretty crappy retailer to me.

with your post it made me realized cubic ninja is like trying to send gold by the mail... someone was going to steal it.

Honestly, it really sucks you had to go through that, I wish I could send or find an extra copy to send to ya, but yeah...I just...don't know what to tell ya... I'm sorry... And the Smea bashing others do is unwarranted and unsubstantiated.

I bought Smash Wii U (£30.90) from Rakuten (via TheGameCollection) and it came a day earlier than its official release date so it really depends on the supplier and for £51 they should provide a tracking service.
