Hacking Tetris retired from store...possible exploit concern from Nintendo?

if it was a security issue they would remove them pretty much immediately, as it at the end of the year, it probably some licensing BS probably expires at the end of the year
 
C'mon people, this is just how the Copyright Industry works.

Want to sell Tetris Ultimate? Just remove all the other Tetris variants from the purchase options. Want Tetris? We have ehhh... Ultimate, Ultimate and ehh... Ultimate. Disney calls it the Vault. Others call it the Great Wall of Copyright. It will remain locked up there well beyond our lifetimes.
 
Tetris Ultimate is a better version anyway. A lot more customizable in terms of block falling speed, rotation system, ghost piece, hold, how the pieces are generated, etc.
