Does pokebank work with XY and ORAS on gateway EN 9.2.0 with roms?

yes it works as long your XY/ORAS rom has a header and the format is 3dz

I'm not sure about this, on sunday i was using using pokebank inside emunand with a freshly downloaded copy of Omega Ruby (.3DS extension and no header)

3ds format won't work with online feature
while pokebank is an online feature
so in order to use it you need a .3dz format with a header

my .3dz omega ruby works fine with pokebank
even with pokelink ... so i can transfer some item from the demo

Edit : in order to use pokebank with ORAS ... you need to update your pokebank
and also remember, you need to get pokedex to make your save work with pokebank

Using Pokebank you shoudn't worry if your game has access online or not. Pokebank just needs the saves of the game[ofcourse the game or rom too(has online features or not doesn't matters)].

I mounted my untouched .3DS omega ruby, no header with my gateway card, opened up pokebank and it worked.
