edit: Just checked GS's website. Every second I think of this I get more angry. I've called them multiple times a day since the 17th about this game. If they try to dick me over this hard I will make their lives miserable until they override the system and give it to me at the price I ordered it at.

You asked them to hold it, you're expected to pay the current value of the game when you arrive at the store (even if you believe the new price is unreasonable).

If the game had *decreased* in value by the time you got to the store, would you be throwing a tantrum and insisting you pay the more expensive price you were told over the phone? No, of course you fucking wouldn't.

It'd be a different story entirely if you had prepaid for it and we're only going to the store to collect it. In that case the item is already yours, you paid in full, you own the item, they're just minding it for you.

What I also really like: Cubic Ninja is such a fast-booting game. Almost no loading time and once started, it's also very easy and quick to launch the exploit
I wonder if this played any part in the decision to use this game for developing the exploit, as there probably were some other candidates

I would delete the boot.3dsx from your SD card. Re-download and start over.

If you were like me you accidentally extracted the starter folder to the root of your card. Make sure you take all of the stuff in that starter folder and put it at the root so that the boot.3dsx file isn't inside of a folder.

It's based on principal. I ordered it with the intent of paying $5. If it had come that day I would have paid $5. Simply because GS corporate is trying to cash in on this exploit does not mean I'm going to bend over backwards and take it up the rear. Feel free to blow your parents money, I work for mine and I'm not going to be screwed over because UPS is slow and GS is greedy.

thanks , worked very easily

now , i connected to my 3DS using that program
dragged the SNES emulator to "3DS" folder
what now ? i exited the program and didn't find it in the home brew apps

edit : managed to play donkey kong country
but there is no sound

Unlikely. I can't think of any 3DS menu feature that accepts QR codes with as much information as Cubic Ninja's custom levels, and I can assure you there's no way in hell now that Nintendo will ever release a new QR code feature that's exploitable.

on gateway you can just install the homebrew to your emuNAND .... don't need the HBC

I don't think gateway support 3dsx, I would assume most homebrew authors may eventually pick a format, rather than compile for both.

Edit: Nevermind, I forgot that 3dsx can be converted, once a tool is written.
