The dump, made from MT-CARD tool, is the same as a Hardware one ?

not sure about MT, but the nand dump made by gateway is good for reflashing back to sysnand, suppose you could use the gateway nand dump tool to backup your 4.x nand, update do your review and downgrade after you get the hardmod installed....if that was your plan

Its a bit of an amusing coincidence that the card seems to be giving you difficulties - when they picked you for a review copy.

"Here, have a card and do a review on it!" - card doesn't work.
Hope you figure out what the problem is and get that review out ASAP. ^^

I "just" don't have a updated 3DS. Just have to wait a couple of days... not a big deal

And i not supposed to make the review here, but only on Logic-Sunrise !

he cant use it as it doesnt appear to work on 4.x, he is either waiting for a updated 3ds or he is going to update his 4.x test it then downgrade back to 4.x

its illegal here in the UK, unless you build for Military/aero space.

take a look, this could probably get banned in Europe if it is lead, its pretty shiny so id say its lead. Also the PCB doesn't state lead free.

In a Chinese video posted a few days ago, the SKY3DS had a contact problem. He had to keep on ejecting and re-inserting the card for it to work.
Try putting some tape behind the contacts so it pushes down harder to make better contact with the pins.

yeah that seems likely, since the light fashes when he presses the button
