ROM Hack Wario ware D.I.Y boss timer hack?

What sort of modifications? I am not asking for any specifics.
Graphics? Sound? ASM? Text? Microgame?

First it asks for a MIO file, i can open both, MIO and SAV.

When i open my SAV i choose modify games, but then everything is empty!
I'm supposed to have many games i made!​

Do i need to open the MIO file a want to import, or the sav?​

And what do i need to do then?​

Talking about sound modifications. Nintendo always has these click or sqeaky sounds everytime you touch a button in the WarioDIY music editor/ player. Would it be possible to get rid of those sounds or silence them?

You could replace them with short silent sounds with normal ds sound hacking.
