Then they might as well just remove all internet access because the 3ds is no longer "child friendly"

*Looks at title*

People use Miiverse? I remember why I don't go on there, too much moderation by Nazi "mods".

the main reason I hate miiverse is the fact that on the ACNL forums you can't trade because you can't share friend codes, because of privacy issues. THATS BULLSHIT! The only thing that "friends" on the 3DS can do is see what they are playing. I mean c'mon! There is not even a messaging system!

Which I think is asinine, I don't really use it, and it's no surprise why.

Since the glitch is just Dream Team, screencaps will probably only be blocked for that game.

Yeah, Because normal social networks don't already cater to 11 year old freaks of nature..

Nintendo needs to create an easier way of adding friends and a proper messaging service. Afraid of abuse? Just include a parental lock. Geez, its not like kids today will be protected because they can't do naughty things on their 3ds. They probably all have iphones and ipads.

They just need to ban all those whoever do it and that's the end of it, but they can still access the other online services, I think.

I just use Miiverse for the Smash communities and the others I play games (Most Wanted, Blacklist).

Due to the recent screenshot exploit (and the inevitable porn posting that followed), Nintendo has blocked Miiverse screenshot posting from Dream Team altogether.

You can still make drawings and text posts. I must of missed the NSFW posts and was too busy with "Admins ban the competition" pic.

Nintendo really should've banned all of them and then they'd be complaining somewhere else that they lost access to Miiverse. lol

That's not a good reason for Nintendo to allow them to do what you call "naughty things". Nintendo's goal isn't to stop kids from doing that stuff entirely. Their goal is to stop them from doing it on Nintendo products. Remember the reason Swapnote was shut down? Some guy was getting a little girl to send him nude pics. The impact that has on parents who buy their kids Nintendo products is immense. Now imagine if a kid who could access miiverse saw something like that. Parents need to know that their kids can use the 3ds without seeing child porn.

At the expense of adults owners getting a console with kiddy features?

Is this the same Miiverse that sent me a warning because I took a selfie picture in Wind Waker HD and someone reported me because he said it was a spoiler?

It's like that for the New 3DS - In order to use the browser, you have to pay just shy of 40 cents.
