There is a noGW loader.dat too. If you have a 4.5 3DS..... (I don't have gateway or anything ^^)....

Would the Launcher.dat let me know if there was a problem with the ncchinfo.bin?
I compiled ctrKeyGen on mac with seemingly no problem. Have tried to generate the xor pad for VVVVVV (eshop dump .3ds) using two different sd cards (the 2gb one that came with the 3ds, and a 32gb class 10 microsd with adapter) but the generator showed no progress beyond the initial display, and no files were created. Might try a different rom I guess.
I can confirm that it freezes after around an hour. I didn't time exactly, but it stopped at 3C200000.
I noticed the 3DS XL got noticeably warm, too. Does the decryption use a lot of CPU?
Now to wait for a v2...
Any news on a zero-key launcher or encrypting it. I notice 3DS emulators run .bins(at least tronDS). If someone modifies the source of citra, 3dsmoo, or TronDS could you play those decrypted .bins Could this mean playing Pokeymons or MK7 or bios on the PC?
Considering we don't even have proper GPU support for programs we're trying to run ON THE CONSOLE ITSELF just yet, yeah, I'd say that's accurate. When we completely reverse engineer the 3DS kernel and software, then we can worry about making a PC, or otherwise, based emulator for actual 3DS games.Eventually maybe? I'm guessing that there's currently HUGE chunks of the system that aren't properly emulated which would prevent this.

Im working on it and TronDS can load the hb with 0s key, as soon as Ill release it
Okay, I seem to be stuck. I've got the xorpad files, and I have 3ds explorer, as well as Team Fail's key dumper (dumped all 3 keys to separate text files). I also have ctrtool, but i'm somewhat confused on how to go about the next step...
