I am not the person who said to stop using Hebrew words, but I didn't think anything of anyone using words... Regardless of the source they may have originated somewhere but then again so did every word we use.

Besides how are we to know if Foxi might be one of the tribe or not? Has his schmeckle been trimmed? Pretty sure that's a common thing these days so even that isn't a give away. Speaking of free things... We can test him!

*puts out plate of ham and sign that says "FREE!!!"* There now we wait and see... lol (I can get away with this joke... lol being partially German Jewish myself.)

Since we are off topic (again), can I just correct the record? Plenty of jews LOVE bacon! (it ts not a good indicator)
And who would pass up on free bacon?
To quote homer simpson,"hmmmmmmmm, baaaaaaacoooooooon."

Technically speaking, Jews shouldn't eat pork or shellfish, they're "unclean" and as such not kosher.
Deuteronomy Chapter 14:8-10 said:
And the pig, because it has a split hoof, but does not chew the cud; it is unclean for you. You shall neither eat of their flesh nor touch their carcass. These you may eat of all that are in the waters; all that have fins and scales, you may eat. But whatever does not have fins and scales, you shall not eat; it is unclean for you.
Of course not all Jews abide by Torah's directions, not all black people love fried chicken and not all italians love pasta, but you get my point.

So you claim to be "Catholic" and yet use Hebrew words, well, whatever you say.
Words that have long since been accepted into the everyday english dictionary. What are you going to say next, accuse me of being German because I use the word "kindergarden"? Not to mention the whole plethora of english words that come from latin or french.

Get back on topic.

No Nintendo gamer gives a fuck about Call of Duty and Mario Kart 8's DLC was already planned before. eShop has shitty deals so not really a lot will go for it.

Stop trying to make Nintendo seem like they're attempting to the Wii U better. :P

Speak for yourself not all Eshop deals are shitty I've gotten quite a few games I can't put down

if you cant be bothered to differentiate between hebrew and yiddish, then i cant be bothered to differentiate between your opinion and a bucket of crap.

Sick burn
On topic, I'm also pretty sure it's just a coincidence; 360 and PS3 have done similar things with the whole "update to use online" thing

It's pretty much the standard way of handling online services - you get to use the service if you follow the ToS. Nintendo was the odd one out for a long time, but this is just them playing the catching-up game. Now users have a choice - go online and take advantage of all the cool services, multiplayer, the eShop and DLC or going the homebrew route if they're dedicated to that.

lol It's true, only the hard core do not eat bacon. I myself could not imagine not eating bacon... Why anyone would avoid that food item is astonishing.

I even love the Egg Mcmuffin but I still call that slice of ham... ham there is no such thing as Canadian bacon lol

Oh god this thread is terrible.
Firstly, a lot of people who have blops 2 for the wii u are likely to be ones modding the system when a script is released.
So they need a reason to make these people update, therefore they release the free dlc they've been holding back until nintendo patched the exploit.
The players then take the jump to get the dlc, meaning they are unable to perform the exploit.
Although I don't believe that this is meant to be tricking people like us, as a lot of us even have our wii u unplugged we're that serious.
This is about tricking those that see a piece of news and get pissy because there's nothing for them to install yet.

Catholic is just Jewish with the Deuterocanonical and New Testament DLCs installed.

Moreover, how is it in any shape or form connected to exploits, which are patched by system updates, not DLC?

He wasn't saying DLC would patch the exploits, but that people would install system updates (thus patching exploits) so that they then would be able to download the DLC. Still probably (okay, definitely) not Nintendo's "plan" but hardly the worst gaming conspiracy theory I've ever heard.

It's the devil whispering to you through your taste buds! REPENT!

That's not what I understood from his post, but when you put it that way, sure - Nintendo naturally wants people to be on the latest firmware and when they've just restricted online on earlier firmwares, the sudden appearance of Mario DLC is a bit convenient. Activision's surely doing its thing and that's a coincidence though.

Might be a shot in the dark, but it seems quite the coincidence that Black ops 2 has recieved some DLC today, as well as the impending MK8 content. Some nice deals on the Eshop yesterday and today. Obviously to take advantage of these you need the latest firmware, which blocks the current browser exploit.

Well played Nintendo.

Which nice deals do you speak of?

 - OOHHHH what an awesome comeback that one was! Poor old filfat must be running to his mummy, weeping uncontrollably ....and oops, sorry for using "Hebrew" there!
Harmless, easily forgivable early typos aside, his post made more sense than pretty much every single post I've ever read of yours, and his native language is Swedish for christ sake ;)

..

If Nin want to actively combat any exploit, kudos to them: they're not exactly rolling in the bucks with the machine in the first place, might as well make sure what bit they do get keeps rolling in....

What? Blocking the exploits can only decrease their revenue and profits. I can't go into the eShop now, so I can't spend any more money on Nintendo games or their DLC. Exploits sell consoles and games. Hell, at this point, I no longer plan on buying Smash 4. Until we get a nice mod with firmware spoofing or whatever, I can't buy Smash 4. They are shooting themselves in the foot. It's especially unfair to the indie developers. There is no way to buy their games now.

It may surprise you but you do not represent the majority of Wii U owners, you are in fact a tiny minority. Quit using a 12 year old pirates logic and view of the world.
