No, not possible. Emunand is firmware spoofed, so it won't give you an update message even if you're using a retail cartridge.
I'm assuming you don't have the update patches?

Frankly, I do not know whether it is possible to play retail cartridges online on classic mode... My educated guess is... Yes, you can, as long as you have the necessary patches.

ok well your initial post was far from mature....yeah i miscounted by 1....yeah very stupid, but i was simply pointing out they there is a huge difference between 200 and 800....i apologize for being a douch but it just seemed like nitpicking, in hindsight i can see my initial post might of came across as nitpicking myself but i was just highlighting that that pack wast all 800, but from 600-800

I think eshop doesn't work at the moment, because the the latest version 8.0 doesn't work on emunand, so you can't update.

Uhm.. Ok(.. Also, if i`ll update my emunand up to the latest 3ds and buy in e-shop pokemon, will it be possible to play pokemon online? And will it be on my console although on my gateway and emunand?

If so, how can I delete the downloaded update? If I have to format the system to remove it, what else would I be losing?

yeah, formatting the system will remove the downloaded update, things you loose are any eshop games/ content on the system, and all progress on miiplaza

I'm not sure if a format removes the downloaded update, but I like to think so.
You just bought the 3DS, and don't have any downloaded titles, so go ahead.
Nothing to lose, right? (Because it seems you can't restore them, neither the ones on the SD card.)

Also, I want to play Zelda ALBW, but it has the 6.2 update on it, right?
Does EmuNand spoof it self, or do you actually need to update it via the Nintendo Servers? (And therfore wait for a new Gateway update on that)
Or can I change the required version number with the 3DSExplorer 1.5.3? (I removed the update already via the tool..)

And I can just use the headers of my original games on Roms like this:

It won't cause issue's, but you (or someone else) might just click on it, accidentally.

Just next time, don't connect to WiFi, or block update servers.
In fact, block update servers, whether you decide to format or not. To keep the lowest update downloaded.
