The adapter alone is $20 and this is $30 so pretty much $50 but you can skip out on this new controller and just buy an original one that was released for the GameCube and save some money if you will.
Huh? What's engineering mode? Why I have a feeling that gamecube controller can access the soft mod (is it called engineering mode?) just like on a wii
And won't it be better to get 2 wii controllers (classic controller) and a wii u pro
Where is it gonna plug into?
Huh? What's engineering mode?
Sure if you prefer classic controllers that's the way to go, but Melee players swear by the GameCube controller and it's not easy to get used to another controller if you've been playing with a GC controller.
Nintendo was making white GC controllers for Wii recently.Remember folks, for all interested, this is about the only way you'll be able to get your hands on an official Nintendo Gamecube controller, brand new, at a decent price over a decade after the release of the Gamecube. For those of you who still like to use your Gamecube, who use Gamecube controllers via an adapter on your PC, or who like to use Gamecube controllers on your Wii, this is your best bet for getting a brand new controller in great shape.
As for myself, I have three Gamecube controllers, all about as old as the Gamecube, which was bought near launch, so I'll welcome a new controller with tight sticks back into my collection.
Nice hardware for a system that has been around for 2 years with nothing to show for it.
Nothing? lol.
I only picked the ones which peak my interest.
Yeah, this is basically your 2 year list. Pretty sad.
--All these were supposed to have been launch games.
Yes, certain gamers are highly resistant to change and progress. Some actually have an aversion to all things progress.(...) Melee players swear by the GameCube controller and it's not easy to get used to another controller if you've been playing with a GC controller.
Your just mad that you can't afford a Wii U
Or, or, bear with me here, he's a part of the majority that believes the Wii U library is lackluster at best.He was probably broke and needed money so he sold his Wii U then to get others to feel as pessimistic as him he tried it out here. lol
