Okay, so I guess this is shocking to some, but not others here due to cultural differences. Here in the states, this would be considered "offensive," or a "swear word." Don't ask me why its just the way things are. And seeing how this game is rated E10+ I can see a lot of irate parents complaining about this. If the ESRB had decided to rate this T, it would've made more sense (I guess here in the states anyways). Oh well... lol

hmm true, but you can still buy it and play it in gateway classic mode (classic mode has region free, right?) if not, then you can buy it and bake a backup and play it in normal gateway mode.. Im so glad we can do this... region locks are so unnecessarily stupid

Although there's kids playing Call of Duty, Battlefield, Halo, Gears of Wars, Grand Theft Auto and other games they shouldn't be this is a concern which matters because Nintendo's real life audience tends to be parents and children, not so much adults like us.
