how come when I write a post, I write let's say Assassins Creed, then I tap to bring the cursor to the end of the word creed, and press backspace, and what happens? Assassins CreedCreedCreedCreedCreed

what the flying **** is that? someone explain that

if I wanted to cut and paste I would have said so dont you think? That's why mouse is better not this misguided ease of use interpretive dance touchscreen crap.

Or a good tablet. You would not expect the same from a $50 one and a $300 one eh? :P

Use a different keyboard like hackers or swiftkey
I use the stock samsung keyboard and dont get that problem

What is you tablets brand/model? And are you using custom or a stock rom?

first gen Nexus 7

it used to belong to my brother.. so I dunno if he changed anything.. but I assume it is stock. When I first used it, there were keyboard apps installed but I removed therm. Plus I am using my own login so his stuff shouldn't effect mine, or so I assume..

Hmm, i'm not much of a stock user but try clearing data of google keyboard? If that doesnt help you can try 3rd party keyboard apps as joe88 said hackers is a good one.

Not to talk shit on your brother, but in my experience, siblings are really good at fucking things up. Especially computers. Especially Android.

Go here and download a factory image for your device and flash it. Then start over from scratch. That should fix 99.99% of the problems you will ever encounter.

THat hasn't happened on any of my Android devices, but I've never used the stock Android Keyboard. In any case I would recommend SwiftKey to anyone, it's a vast improvement over the stock keyboard and easily beats any other keyboard available on the Play Store.

Wow, a thread full of constructive responses, and no "iPad is better, keyboard doesn't lag"? Am I still on the internet?
On topic, though. Try installing a new keyboard, or flashing a new rom.
