PS1/2 PSone LCD Screen AV Input port

Hello, I thought this was the thread to ask this. =)

Remember the PSone LCD sceen bundle during the last years of the console?

I bought that bundle the final years of the console, still works, but just recently I got an RCA-male to 3.5mm male cable (3 ports) and 3 tube-like RCA-to-RCA adapters, I've been trying to get my PS1 screen to work with my other consoles but I get no picture, and no sound.

The cables and adapters are all new, I just bought them today at the electric store near my house. DX

The machine (other than having stickers) is in perfect conditions, it still runs games and all, too.

Basically, what am I doing wrong? What the failure could be? Why won't the AV in port won't work, if everything's in mint condition?

PSone screen only works for PSOne. It will not work in other console because its only input is Sony Multi-AV port.

Behind it has an AV-input port, a 3.5mm to plug other things into the screen with an adapting cable.

do you have the right av cable?
there are a few different 3.5mm cables that only work on certain devices

Hm? How can I check I have the right cable?

It says "Cable for Audio and Video, 3 RCA Plugs - one 3.5mm, 1.80m length".

It's TRRS connector; Left, Video, Ground, Right.

Usually, camcorders use this wiring, however the cable for my camcorder I had did not work as well. You could try plugging your yellow cable into the white or red connector.
