Hacking Can we already Patch 3DS games to English?

The 3ds scene is still in it's infancy, it's barely learned how to say "Hello world"

When ever i see a thread started with "Can We...?", 9 times out of 10 the answer is no for several reasons.

1. If whatever amazing things you were hoping actually happened, then you probably would have heard about it or saw it via google.
2. Its literally impossible and or illegal to accomplish the feat (i.e. someone asked if they could hack the eshop to have unlimited money. Still brings a chuckle to my face to this day"
3. "Can We" implies the person asking the question must think if someone did something in the hacking/modding community, its automatically must be released as they are entitiled to it.
4. Even if it can be done, I guarantee the average joe couldn't replicate the results due to not following instructions (this leads to "How do I...?" threads).
5. Whatever they are asking probably is already on a sticky saying its not possible. (see # 1 & 2 for what happens when they dont read).
