Misc can't access to eshop

hi guys i have a question
There are some days I can't access to eshop
also cant update my console
i create a internet connection and test that . all is ok
also i can use browser and open web page but cant access to eshop
can u help me ?

go to the system setting and update there
also make sure you are LOGINED to you NNID
