It doesn't matter how legitimate you make it. If you use an action replay you may not transfer it.
I also have read that Pokéradar don't work with hacked pokés.

Given individual pokemon are utterly defined by a few stats with well documented limits and acceptable values for said stats I fail to see how that can come to pass as long as people stay within those limits. There are things Nintendo could have done to frustrate things here but for the most part they have not done them.

I read also that poké dreamradar won't work with action replay legitimate or not.
It may be possible. But there is a chance of not detectable.

It is not like "hacked" pokemon are empty containers, while legit pokemon have exclusive code inside of them. They are exactly the same. A professional can analyse one of each and could not tell you which is from the game and which was generated outside of it.

For the millionth time.

Edit: for them to add some new check, thy would have to update black 2 and white 2 (which is impossible), add something new to the pokemon data (rendering everything previously caught useless) and it has to be something that cant just be hex edited in. 5th gen is completely editable as it stands now. Pokebank cant block legal pokemon.

Here's a tip, so long as you don't give a Zygarde Wonder Guard (If you do you are a big DICK) and don't teach it moves it can't learn and add too many IVs or EVs total, it should come up legit. Just make sure if you are going to add in a Pokemon not from Kalos you check "Faraway Place, Linked Trade, Mystery Event" or whatever the placeholder for past-gen Pokemon is.

If you are trying to add in a Celebi, use either the placeholder for past gen Pokemon's locations, or "Mystery Gift" or whatever it is. Works every time. As long as it's not holding a "Wonder Ribbon" or whatever it is, you should be able to trade it on the GTS, even if it is a Level 1 Yveltal. (Evil laugh)

what does this mean ?
Because it's easy to upload hacked Pokémon on there and then spoof them onto the GTS, Pokecheck does what they can to make sure no Pokémon from their service are passed off as legal.
They do this by adding the Premier Ribbon to the Pokémon. It's not possible for a Pokémon to have a Premier Ribbon (except very special event Pokémon), so the game will see it as a hacked Pokémon.

I think that's good on Pokécheck's part. Because, face it, almost every Pokémon on there is hacked.

so, it not possible to move this pokemon to the bank, right ?

Nope, it's not. Well, not through Pokécheck's GTS spoofing system. There's another way that I believe will work...
i was thinking to mode my legit ditto that i've caught in black 2 and make it 6 perfect IV
is there any legit 6 perfect IV ditto in the world ?

The chance is 32^6. If its caught in the Friend Safari its 32^4
