It doesn't, and I don't think anyone tried to make one.
I tried to compile one with modified signature support, but I don't have correct environment to compile the dependencies.

You need to modify fileop.cpp line 570.

Too bad, WiiMC is the only thing missing so that I would leave my HDD always attached to the Wii U.

Question: does an hidden USB key would be seen by any old wii homebrew channel loader without any modification? Thanks!

It totally depends on which homebrew you are using.
If your homebrew has a Partition Table (MBR)'s Signature verification, it won't work. If it checks only the partitions area of the MBR (no signature verification) it will work.

Homebrew which are checking the signature need an update to accept both correct and "stealth" signature.

Cyan: I read a thing that kind of made sense...

Can I put the GC games on SD? Can USB Loader GX detect SD and USB at the same time? It should work, and I have 16GB SD, so my important games would fit...

It's in the wrong thread. This one's about Stealth HDD.

USBLoaderGX can detect and display GameCube games on both SD and USB at the same time.
Then, it depends on the loader method:
If you use Devolution, all of them are working.
If you use DM/DML, you can't launch them both at the same time, you need to install either DIOS MIOS or DIOS MIOS Lite depending on the one you want to launch.
USBLoaderGX will detect the method and the location of the game and will tell you if it's not possible to launch it.

You can decide which device to display, and which priority (if the same game is both on SD and USB)
In USBLoaderGX > Settings > Loader settings > GameCube > Device priority : SD / USB / SD+USB / USB+SD / Auto
Auto is detecting if you are using MIOS/DM/DML to set the priority based on the current MIOS.

Sorry about the wrong thread. I noticed right after posting.

I just tried it and it's basically flawless, so now I'm playing Ocarina Of Time! :-)

Maxternal seems to have found a bug, stating that AF drives are not compatible with U-Stealth but I'm not sure. Maybe he can elaborate more.
It was just a suspicion as I don't actually have a Wii U yet and haven't really done any tests with this.

In that case I have a Wii U and I have a 3TB drive I ordered on black friday which will probably be in AF. I'll be able to test things out sometime this w/e or early next as soon as it arrives.

You cannot make changes to an unknown boot sector type!

I'm getting this error. I think its because my drive is more than 2TB and formatted to GTP. The drive that I have is a Seagate 4TB Backup plus Desk Top Drive.

Can you please see what I can do to make this work.

Thanks

I use a Seagate Backup Plus 2TB and UStealth works fine on it so I would assume its because its 4TB

jayjay - thanks for this - has fixed the hard drive nag screen and makes using the wii u far easier. I do have a problem though with the drive now being recognised in vwii mode. With configurable loader or usbloader gx the drive is not seen. If I use wiiflow then the drive is seen and I can boot the games.

I have tried the builds in your post - they work with my drive on the wii, but in vwii mode only wiiflow sees the drive. I am using a wd usb powered drive through a powered hub, but as wiiflow works I assume that the other 2 should do.

Has anyone else had issues where the loader works in a wii with the hidden drive, but the vwii does not? Is there something I have done wrong here?

Talk to Cyan I believe he's already implemented support for uStealth drives. He's very helpful and being the dev for USBL-GX will be able to tell you if there's an option or something that must be set in the loader.

That's the odd thing - I am using the same build on my wii as my vwii - the wii works on 1216 I tried the same and also 1218 on the vwii and it's not recognising the disk in either of the rear USB slots.

I am using an external powered USB hub on he wii u rather than a y cable but it works in wii flow so assume it should in loader gx?

maybe you connected it in the wrong USB slot.

Port0 on Wii is near the edge
Port0 on WiiU the one in the inner, not near the edge.

Port1 works with USBLoaderGX only if you installed d2x v10-alt, and edited the meta.xml to load from port1 by default.
It might work directly with Wiiflow, that's why it works fine with this loader only.
