Hacking Pokelon X/Y rom leak?

Any hope for a pokemon X/Y rom leak a few days before release?
I wan to test it on the gateway ^^

Can someone please respond to this with a source? I've seen rumors and speculation about this too, but no definitive source.

Does not work online. So most the game is crappy unplayable you can't get any of cool pokemon or most of them. You can use poketransfer or pokebank or anything also. And as others said most likely won't work due to save system.

Buy the damn game..

Yep its amazing people are allowed to talk about it on forums such as this but not post roms. The gateway does not even do homebrew at the moment the only way to use it legally is not to use it. It's use for piracy at the moment and thats it.

Willing to bet 99% of the people with gateway only have it so they can skimp on buying games. the other 1% are trying to reverse engineer it and create there own or waiting for homebrew.

If you like the game buy it. At the end of the day how many games do you play on your 3DS? for me i play a max of 2 games at a time once i complete a game i put it down for a while or forever.

Just buy pokemon play it and when done sell it buy another game same with other games at least this way you get to play it properly and know you help towards development costs for future games. Don't be an ass and rip game devs off.

Oh and the whole i use it for region specific games i cannot get still illegal! You are still using a damn rom and not buying the game.

Because this forum only lists releases now. It's an offense to link or host roms on your site and that's why it's not allowed. Start your own goddamn site if you want roms to be shared. But don't expect it from GBATemp.

I believe people have asked for confirmation that this will use a NAND save. But, there IS none because people on the internet believe theories and panic instead of waiting for the facts to come out.

It will be above 4.5 so to play it legit you won't be able to play with gateway any more

Playing a retail cart of pokemon will update your console past 4.5 making the current gateway exploit useless so if you are expecting homebrew any time soon - Gate way 2.0 nand dumper is hombrew in 3ds mode .... Playing pokemon will render your 3ds useless.

It was never confirmed in any way and such rumours are entirely fictitious. There's no reason why Pokemon should have SLC-NAND on-board and it probably won't.

Steps:
1. buy the game.
2. get a gateway flashcart and wait for the 2.0 release.
3. dump your own rom.

As to wither you can run the rom is another story.


The Pokemon company this time around is doing a same day world release, that means your not getting it any sooner than anyone else anywhere in the world.
