Import/Export GoombaColor Save Files

is there any decent way of importing/exporting save files from GoombaColor?
like any program specifically for this?
without having to go thru the hassle of hex editing it etc?

There really isn't an automated tool to do it, but there is a method. It doesn't involve hex editing, just a tiny bit of using the VBA memory viewer.

thanks, i was just doing that. i found it works with goomba color, but not with goomba. =/

Shoot, the link's down. I'm really looking to not only import my save files, but also delete some ROMs already in a packed ROM. For instance, I have Pokemon R/B/Y and G/S/C all in a single ROM, but now I would like to delete everything except for Pokemon Yellow. If I cannot do this, I guess I can just export my save file and import it in another GBA ROM with just Yellow packed in, but I have no experience with hex editing at all. Any help, please?

the easiest solution is to create a single rom package and copy the save.

EDIT: if you are using the goomba with palletes the address is diferent

In Goomba 2.38 Paletted+Borders current loaded game SRAM is stored on: 0x02037E38

so the values to use will be: address = 02037E38 and Length = 8000

Omg this all looks WAY too confusing to me. Just out of my league... Can I maybe send my save file and ROM to you and you extract just the Pokemon Yellow save file for me and pack it in another ROM with JUST Pokemon Yellow?
