Yea i didn't get a message back from them. I got on the pre-orders relatively early i thought

I still don't know if my order's been shipped yet.

Nope. NOTHING. Sent four messages and two emails. I use them all the time. I don't know what the hell is going on over there with the radio silence. All my order status is, is "Partial". No further explanation or nothing on what it is. I want my card.....

They received a lot of 100. Sounds like you're spamming the hell out of them while they try to get them all out today. Patience, son.

Edit: and just for the record, my order is also still in partial status. I'm not worried. I ordered before August 27 (the last time someone confirmed they still had pre-order slots available for the first lot) so I'm positive mine will be going out presently.

No one will tell me what the hell partial status IS. THAT is what has me concerned more than anything and also the fact that they cannot even answer me to tell me if I am in this batch or not or what my situation is.

They usually replied quick, but now, NOTHING.

my order also says partial, maybe because they didnt ship yet? I also emailed them asking for a tracking number but they didnt ask yet. I ordered on 8/21 and i emailed them a while back and they said that I would be included in the first batch that arrives so anyone who ordered around that time should be good, and today they said they are shipping my gateway to me today so Im not sure how things work out, hopefully for the good. I'll let you guys know what happened

And by the way, I think real hot stuff shipped the batch that just arrived since their website now says "out of stock" on gateway cards. Everyone is spamming the hell out of them right now including me, so I just think we should wait for a while. I live in Philadelphia and new jersey is close so shipping should be 2 or 3 days

My order was on 8/22, day after placebooooo. I think he's got the right idea, partial means the money is taken, but the order hasn't shipped yet. I was also told I'd be in the first batch. Didn't get a note like he did about it being sent today though, nor have my emails been answered. (I only sent 2 because the other was a reply of a reply, and I'm not sure they'd answer that)

It could also mean that the maximum orders they could take were filled. Which means there was less than a 100 preorders, so the remaining ones were already filled. Or they undershipped entirely.

As far as sorting, I don't think it'd take that long.

Umm, mine has said Partial since the first day I preordered. It means you've paid for it, the order has been processed, and the preorder will go out once the product is in their stock.

That is because I asked them if I would be missing stickers on my card on august 30th I believe and havent received a reply until today. Dont worry b17bomber, you should be fine

Indeed, it did take awhile for them to get back to you, I forgot you sent on the 30th. They're probably jammed with emails.

We cant tell whats happening or what is going to happen until tomorrow. I'm gonna try to call them now and find out

It's out of character for them to just not respond at all. Every other order I ever made with them, I had an answer in less than four hours. Now, radio silence. NOTHING. Something is not right at all.

We cant tell whats happening or what is going to happen until tomorrow. I'm gonna try to call them now and find out

Don't bother. I've been calling every hour since I got home. I always get a message that the parts department is not available. When I DID reach someone this morning, the phone on their end kept cutting in and out.

This only FURTHERS my suspicions.....

Im sure its because of all the spams they are receiving and because of all the gateway demands. Im sure things will work out eventually. They maybe just want to ship the items asap and no keep their customers waiting any longer, who knows?

My hypothesis is that gateway probably can't even produce enough units in time and they keep stalling, unless customs got the vendors shipment and knew what they were and screwed us all. Why else would it take so long to get a box with a bunch of plastic cards with stickers on them?
