Hacking Cheapr4i.com

I've recently made a purchase from cheapr4i.com after seeing it on Shoptemp's list of online retailers with a high amount of positive reviews. (Plus they seem to be based in the UK and therefore quicker postage)

They sent me an email on Thursday saying my order had shipped, I know it'll probably take at least a week but that isn't the point of this thread.

When I tried to check their delivery times again on their website I got a 404 error saying the shipping url was not found on this server. Similarly if you try and select a product from the left hand side of the home page you get 404 errors.

I then tried to access my account to check my order was actually shipped and to see the tracking number, however it wasn't recognising my email and password, even when I tried to reset my password it wouldn't recognise my email (I am 100% certain it is the right email address, its the only one I use for online shopping). I've emailed them asking why my account details suddenly aren't working and why most of their website is broke but they haven't replied.

Am I just being slightly paranoid that their website seems to have broke as my order is supposed to be in transit? If other members could see if they can log in to their account and select products without getting an error page then maybe I am.

Ok, got same problems you're having with the list on the left hand side (right hand side the same too), i have now logged into my account there with having a new password sent to me.

After logging in the same problems occurring, i would try again tomorrow to see if they've sorted out the problem.

I can't even log in or get a new password though, as I said I'm absolutely positive that I'm using the correct one without spelling errors. 'The Email Address was not found in our records; please try again'.

There's not much point in creating a new login because it wouldn't have the order history from my actual account.

Yeah, well that is odd, i haven't logged in there for months & still got a new password sent to me.

The only option you have left is to wait for a reply to your email, or wait for your order to arrive.

It was a while ago (1-2 years) but i've ordered twice from there with no probs, the longest i had to wait for an order was 7 days.

It would guess they're having temporary problems with the site, but definately check back there tomorrow.
