Hardware Which HDD?

I'm looking to buy a new HDD for my wii, but I'm not sure which would I should get. I'm looking at these two atm.

First HDD
Second HDD

I'm open to other suggestions, what do you guys think?

Well, according to this list, they both should be fine.
I prefer the first one, as "some" USB 3.0 might give a few problems ( not the one in question ).
Better stick with 2.0.

I have that exact HDD (Western Digital 2.5" black) and never had a single issue with it; that company makes some of the best drives

I have the first one with 1TB instead of 500gb. Never had any issues with it.

I Have the Sony HDE1 and works great

3 year warranty (at least on Brazil), good looking, small, a little heavy though , usb 3.0, but even in USB 2.0 is very fast.

I Formatted with EaseUS, FAT 32 and cluster size 32 kb

But i have a NTFS partition too, both are recognized, FAT 32 in everything, but ntfs only in some apps and usb loader.

Works Perfectly with Homebrews, Usb Loaders, Wii and GameCube Games.
I played tons of hours, is a awesome HDD
