You can get the UK PS+ games on a US console, but you will need to get a separate UK PSN account and buy PS+ on that, so for most people it's probably not worth it.

Another amazing month, I can not hold all these games! Seriously I am going to have to put a 1tb drive in my ps3 and get a 32gb vita card soon.

I have no plans to extend my PS+ subscription when it expires.
