Hardware Good Monitor/TV for Gaming?

I saw this monitor on sale at tigerdirect that looks pretty good : http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicati...cm_re=Homepage-_-Spot 01b-_-CatId_12_H94-2720 Would this be a good monitor for gaming? I intend to buy a Wii U soon and maybe a PS4 later. If this is not ideal, what Monitor/TV would you recommend? I am looking for something that is between 19" - 28" and I would like for it to be less than $300

Well it's got all the specs I want (2ms response, 1080p, hdmi, built-in speakers, etc.). I've read good and bad things about the company online (Hanns G)

Let me tell you something about these third-rate brands. They are all actually made from lesser known Chinese companies. These Chinese companies then find foreign companies and ask them permission to use their name in return for a cut in revenue.

Hence Hanns G never designed these monitors. You don't buy cheap monitor or TV from these people unless you are willing to throw them away each year.

Samsung, Phillips, Sony, Asus, Acer, Dell, Vizio, and any of their derivatives. (Magnavox, for example)

I understand that those are trusted brands, but I need specific TV's/Monitors. What specs should I look for? And what type? (LED, LCD, Plasma, etc.)
