Like one item here cost 1 bells (dollars),the same items under this ordinance would be 100 bells (yens),since the price of the items in sale is also rising.

P.S.I don't know if 1 dollars really does 100 yens,but i know that the dollars is more powerful in value than yen.

Its pretty simple economic fact.The more powerful is the money,the less it cost,buying or selling.So the Boom Bells ordinance,in fact,decrease the value of the money.Like in the 1900 where the $ were powerful.

Now that i think about it,you may be right,but that is because all town in AC:NL use the same currency.I didn't thought that if you travel to another town,you will have more bells than him for the same items.I find that Nintendo mixed up things a little.At their place,i would make the player create a name for the currency,then,with the ordinance,we could make the currency more powerful,dropping the cost of buying and selling.Then,when visiting another town,we would have a money changer to change to the currency of the other town.Yeah,that is more complicated and less AC-like,but it does look like more to the reality.At least,that wouldn't confuse me >_<

The only ones I've seen have pictures but I'd suggest planting in open areas. I was working on hybrid roses and FINALLY got some oranges ones.

My most successful flowers were planted in a square

then the hybrids can spawn next to any of them. Also water them every day, not sure if it helps if you water them more than once but I've come back from the island to find 2 new flowers.
