Homebrew wiisx usb help?

i need some help playing games from usb? on the usb i have made it like this wisx/isos/game. but is just says error opening directory : usb/wiisx/isos. what is the problem?

do you mean the folder i dowloaded? if so i have tried copying that folder from my sd to usb, but i still get the same error

format your usb drive in fat32 32k MBR primary to fix. not GPT and not logical. use the Easeus partition master and immediately format again with wii backup manager
