Hacking ACE3DS patch 1.22 problems ?

They released a new patch last month twice, for some odd crappy reason they didn't do anything right.
Supposedly they said in a email to me they knew the patch was a flop and their engineer is working on a fix. :\

My issue, dsflashcarts.com owner asked me to review the card, it works fine on my DSL.
Is there anyway possible you can help me to a get a message to this engineer to hurry up and fix his patch before nintendo releases their new patch in march?

do you mean the ace3ds or ace3ds plus? as i know, the ace3ds card is not sell anymore, i just check their official and even cannot find the ace3ds card, just find ace3ds plus and ace3ds pro. and about the patch 1.22, see their download page, yes, there is a patch, but it is for " extremely strenghening the stability of the flashcard. All versions Ace3DS plus compatible." so i think that is not an upgrade patch, the main page said they launched new ace3ds plus card which work on 4.5 on 2013.1.4...

Yeah right, if it was strengthened out the first time, the patch they worked on should have worked.
Also the new firmware I have is the exact same one from 4.40 update.
I see a metroid prime hunters icon, something isn't right and even they admit that and just shoved it aside.
Not trying to bash them, and their card is good, if it had worked I probably would not have picked up a dstwo 2 weeks ago. -_-
Also I am using the card for a few project hacks and to read pdfs on the road.
I just want them to know whats going on, before many other customers find out about this.
One other forum had found out about the problem and he didn't know what was going on or how to get support.

And that is exactly what you should be doing, reviewing the card in its current state. Not all reviews praise whatever they are reviewing and neither should you try to force a 5 star review if it doesn't merit it. Based on what you've said already, it already sounds like the Ace3DS Plus is a bad, bad card with little to no support behind it and the team doesn't know what they are doing (except from making clones). Remember, you are not reviewing the site that sent you the review unit, you're reviewing the card and the "team" behind it. If support is subpar, give an appropriate review. It's not like the Ace3DS team will magically release an update just because you received a review unit and they're looking for 5 star reviews.

Thanks, I was hoping to do it on the 3ds but that is time wasted like you said, as you'll see in video my dsl bottom screen is jacked up.
Thats mainly why I didn't want to review it that way, it turned out alright yesterday afternoon.
I'm still looking for direct contact information for ace3ds.com and yes I know they come here once and awhile to check on feedback on their products.
