Short answer: No.

Long answer:

1. The team translating this will release the patch ONLY when it is FULLY TRANSLATED. Since they have not finished it yet, there is no patch available. No asking for Menu-only patch and/or ETA as requested by team.
2. The site does NOT allow the distribution of roms. Period. Read the rules.

You may find leaked patches elsewhere which is NOT endorsed by the team because these are released by no-good lowlife scumbags who do betrayed the team. The said patches may be unstable and the team is not liable for whatever damage is caused by the use of such patches. Do NOT support these people.
