Well, once I get my sponge/bracelet/fake coin I'll be sure to take a video and promptly file a claim.

you're actually more right than you may be aware of.I really hope eBay doesn't give anyone their money back over this. Buyer Protection is for accidental scams or bad sellers, not for people who know they're being scammed but want reimbursement anyways.

1st pov: By sending money while actually knowing that it's a scam, you're actually not the one that is being scammed but by claiming it back you're actually the one who is committing a fraud.

I think a lot of people are just planning to scam back the scammer. They get a free bracelet (or whatever) out of it and the "seller" looses the price of a bracelet and shipping for being a crook.
(of course there's always that extremely optimistic voice inside you saying that it would be cool if it's a real Vita and he's just being REALLY, REALLY generous ... or they had just been stolen in large quantities.)

Maybe he feels bad for stealing them and wants to give back to the worldeven stolen it would cost more than 20 bucks to send it, so there was no way in hell that would happen.

Well,if they were stolen, wouldn't you try to lose them as fast as possible?Maybe he feels bad for stealing them and wants to give back to the worldlol
yes I sure the seller is crying over the $0.50 bracket and super slow shipping priceI think a lot of people are just planning to scam back the scammer. They get a free bracelet (or whatever) out of it and the "seller" looses the price of a bracelet and shipping for being a crook.
