is dated 21/12/12... weird....

Isn't it 14th?

Not really. That's more of a European way of writing the date.

Though, come to think of it...it was probably meant to be sealed until that date. They've done that before.

I ment that the letter was dated that it was sent at Dec 21st (altough it was only the 14th), not that the order of the date is wrong.

Quick question with Crashmo and Art Academy-- you mention that if someone sends a copy and you keep it, you can send that version... does that mean you can send both versions or does it like...overwrite while you still have it?

If it does let you have both then, I'd love if someone could send me the Fallblox version and the Japanese version of Art Academy, please.

The one for your region will overwrite any other region's version when you send a new note. You won't see the version from any other region.

However, if you get say, the Japanese Art Academy first, then send a note with it......then get the US version (if you have a US 3DS, of course).... what will happen is that you will send NEW notes with the US version, but you can edit the note you sent with the Japanese one to send it to someone else.

At least, it works with the Crashmo/Fallblox one. Tested it myself. So, while you can't send new notes with the out-of-region versions, you can edit old notes to send that version. It's an odd workaround, and may not last, but for now....it's the only way.

I have two at the moment, although I believe one of them was just today and it won't open for another week. I'm sure that the first one is from a friend but I can't say the same for the second.
