You really ought to play all the other KH games. You'll never understand everything if you don't. Also, KH3D probably wasn't the best one to start on 3D is the newest one and is the beginning of the end of the series which means that they've started to tie up all the loose ends. It'll be really confusing if you don't even know what those loose ends are in the first place.

Except Re: Coded. Screw Re: Coded. Wasted 30 hours of my life on that game and all it was was a repetitive recap of KH1 and CoM.

Lets be honest, even if you do play the other games, the story is a huge clusterfuck of a mess, when it really shouldnt be.

Have you played KH2? I think it may be my favorite, but BBS is a close second. KH2 had the best story IMO. Also, all the music in KH is awesome Although the DS games aren't quite as good in that area I think. Aaaannd... pretty much every KH will take about 24-30 hours with the exception of BBS because it has the three different characters. As for combat, the new one and BBS are my favorite. I like the deck system better than the previous command menu system.

Yes I agree. I loved the part in BBS that you can meld commands and very fast keyblade swinging.

I was so disappointed that KH3D didn't have melding. KH isn't Pokemon! I shouldn't have to train monsters to get new abilities! haha

Also, Lea is a freaking beast. Best character ever. Of all time.

I am gonna be honest and say that I am mainly a huge fan because of the story and its twists. I love deep stories with a lot of twists.
