Hacking What current Wii Expliots work on Wii U Wii mode?

Hi,
I haven't bought a Wii U (so I can't try them) and I am wondering what exploits can be used on the Wii mode.
At the moment I only have a copy of Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds: Wheelie Breakers that I used to hack my original Wii so information on the status of the Yu-Gi-Ownned exploit is greatly appreciated.

Since it's untested, you should try it when you get a Wii U and update the page

I suspect that all of the game based exploits (except the twilight hack) will work; basically I'm guessing it is based on 4.3 but with a fix for LetterBomb.

Yeah but the only issue I can see is, the JP Wii U is coming out on Saturday; I presume they're assuming if it works on one region, the hacks will work on the JP region. Either way, I'll try Smash Stack when I get the Wii U.
(Seriously WTF does Japan get a Japanese-made system last? That bugs.)

Did anyone tried if the Wilbrand Launcher works on the vWii? I know its similar to LetterBomb, but im not sure if it works exactly the same way or not, and i have not found any info about tries on it. I'm asking it here because i don't want to open a new thread for this. Sorry for my poor english :-)

It's highly unlikely as it uses the same exploit as Letterbomb.

Could someone please explain what this means? It is about the Yu GI Owned! exploit but is not explained very well:

"Yes, but you must connect the scart and use the save 50Hertz + configure output 576I for France"

What is the "scart"? Does only France need to configure 50hertz and 576i but do the other countries only need to use the 50hertz save?

Thanks for the info. About the 50Hertz/France part, does it mean France is the only one who needs to configure 576i? If so, would consoles from other countries just need to configure the 50/60hertz save game like normal?

I don't know specifically, but I'd assume that's only the case for France. That's what all the instructions seem to indicate.

Physical Burned discs? Not right now, and it's unlikely ever to happen until a full drivehack for UMode, due to the physical manufacturing of the drive itself. USB loaders like WiiFlow Work fine though.

Not anytime soon. if its possible on the first place, it will be via Modchip only since the drive lacks the DVD commands that were "re-purposed" to load backups from dvd's.
Wii U Disks will most likely need some sort of modchip if possible as I doubt there will be a softmod capable or reading BD-R's. my guess is that Wii U backups will only be able to be played via a Modchip (or USB Loader once the Wii U is blown wide open.)
