I'm still looking for some good games, how is dream radar? I just got kirby pinball
($3.99+tax), it was one of my fav gameboy games. I wish they would release a new pokemon pinball.

Edit:
I was also wondering if I could somehow evade my massive New York State tax, if I change my state?

Yeah, change your zip code to a city which doesn't take tax. I'll check my 3DS later for the zip code

I'm not even from America and I know changing your settings state to Alaska will be tax free. :P

Im gonna pick up cave story here soon. Pushmo is supposed to be great as well.

Cave story? The e-shop one?

And plus I got urban champion from club nintendo (3d classics)
I'll tell ya a secret:
I completed some surveys and got coins then deleted the cache and cookies (all the history)
and the surveys appear again and the coins are there still ;)

Cave Story- Played the PC and PSP versions, really good game. I recommend it to anyone.
Mighty Switch Force- Good game but the lack of content is unimpressive
Mutant Mudds- Good game though I feel the price was extortionate

Than there's DSiware where you can get Shantae.

I'll list all the eShop titles I liked, in order from most recommended to least recommended, followed by eShop titles I disliked. This list does not include Virtual Console, 3D Classics, or DSiWare titles.

1) Cave Story- A port of Cave Story +, but lacking the new soundtrack and updated graphics. All the Cave Story + extra features and modes are there, plus an added 3D layering effect like the 3D Classics titles. If you've played this game before, having a portable copy with optional 3D can be a really nice bonus. If not, you're in for a serious treat. I'm on my first playthrough right now, and logged 11 hours (almost at the finale right now). It's challenging, fun, and plays like a love-letter to every great platformer, jump'n'shoot, and metroidvania title from the early 90s.

2) Mutant Mudds- This game provides a retro jump'n'shoot platforming experience with "12-bit" graphics, great 3D, and an amazing soundtrack. Challenging and provides great replay value for 100% completionists. Plus, a free update with twice the levels is coming this month!

3) Fractured Soul- Yet another jump'n'shoot platformer, but this one is a bit different... You play on two separate dimensions/screens as the same character, and constantly have to switch screens on the fly to get past obstacles that differ between the two screens, despite having the same layout. The physics often vary between screens, too. Very fun and challenging.

4) Mighty Switch Force- A great action/puzzle platformer. Not much else to say. you run around jumping and shooting, trying to retrieve escaped convicts and solving action and switch based puzzles to do so, all while dealing with enemies.

5) Sakura Samurai- A great 3D swordplay/RPG action game that's designed to discourage button mashing. Requires precision timing that so many action games lack.
1) Samurai Sword Destiny- Just bad. Plays like a classic arcade beat-em-up game with samurai, but is hard in all the wrong ways. The game is difficult, but there's no real strategy involved, and random touchscreen controls just get in the way (as well as being the only way to hope to win, with "spamming" button presses). It's got a great 3D effect, that's really it. Skip this one.

2) Vector Racing- Has potential to be a portable F-Zero with a unique graphical style, but ends up just being flat-out boring. There's only a few tracks that are all uninspired by design, and there's no strategy or challenge except to avoid hitting walls and making sure to hit boost pads. This one might give you a few minutes of entertainment (read: one race) before you decide to never touch it again. And there's no online play, either.

Anyway, that's my list. I hope this helps!

Sorry for not being clear,
I meant that the game is useless to me because I can't transfer the pokemon.
But the app is kinda fun ^_^

Cool. I'll check it out ;)
Don't forget that mutant mudds will receive 20 free new levels with a secret level in each the 25 in the US.
Europe have it already... I think, I haven't checked yet.

SylverReZ @ SylverReZ: Also nice. Never really watched Fallout on Prime, but sounds like a good show. +1
