Hi guys! New to this forum and this is my first post.

Sorry if this is redundant, but I was about to buy Pokemon White 2 today, and I decided not to because if I get a SuperCard I can have multiple ROMs, so I can have multiple save files.

My 3DS is running firmware version 4.4.0-1OU. I just wanted to make sure that the SuperCard DSTWO comes compatible with the latest firmware, and I don't need to use a DS Lite to upgrade it. I don't have access to a DS Lite, so this would be very annoying for me.

Secondly, I have heard many conflicting reports about whether or not Pokémon Black and White 2 actually play to completion on the DSTWO card. I was wondering if someone who has played US ROM of the game through already (if that's possible) can confirm that it is 100% operational, and I was also wondering if someone could explain to me where the people who say that it doesn't work may have gone wrong (so that I can avoid playing the game until the 5th gym and then realizing I messed up and have to start again).

Thirdly, I am looking for the most reliable + affordable site to purchase the DSTWO. I want to get it as soon as possible, of course, but I have bought things from HK sites before and never gotten anything in the mail, so I have to be careful. Also from someone who has ordered it from whatever recommended site, do they package it in a large box or a small box? I only ask this because if it is packaged in a large box I will have to go to the post office, which is in a very dangerous area that I try to avoid.

Thank you in advance to anyone who can offer answers to any of my questions!

You can't use Dream Radar or Pokedex 3D if you use a ROM.
Also, you won't need multiple ROMs, you can just use multi-save on DStwo.
And last, to buy a DStwo go to shoptemp.net and work from there.

Right.. I wouldn't expect those features to work, and I honestly can't see myself using them anyway.
Didn't know about multi-save! Sounds cool!
Cool!

Thanks a lot for your help and suggestions :)

The DSTwo may or may not come compatible with the latest firmware. It depends on whether the shop you buy it from updates it before sending it to you or not. Most do nowadays, but it doesn't hurt to check. Usually the product page has the notice on what their stock is updated to.

Pokemon B2/W2 just came out, and people are struggling with the anti-piracy on the game. This is normal with big releases, which often have their own brand-new AP. When carts start releasing support updates for the games, they'll run fine. The people who don't have it working are impatient and trying to play it while it's not actually supported with half-completed AP removal techniques.

Flash carts are usually packaged in relatively small boxes, handheld or so. The DSTwo is an exception, but most versions of the box will still fit in a mailbox or whatever just fine.

Thanks!! Glad to hear it will most likely fit in the mailbox. :D
