So the mods read your PM's to make sure you're not breaking the rules?

Thats a bit archaic eh
You arent allowed to share or host roms here.
Obviously they are gonna monitor the PM system to find those who are aware of the rules and still wish to break them.
You can try and get away with ignorance in a thread, going in PM is breaking the rules with clear intent,
its simply good enforcement. If you are lax with rules, why have them at all.

Yay for thought crimes!

so people have played the game and confirmed there is AP?

yup, didnt see my other post, im guessing i "need" to pay my friends a visit and see what the hell they are doing >_<
please do maybe he can share and get the gears oiled

oiled nothing, im going to get their official copies since they were in target when they got the call that their order was in :P
now, they havent quit texting me about it, btw found one of them is the sob that posted the img in 4chan >__>

its an evasion or privacy given the name "PM"
you mods really read other members pm?
You guys are confusing rights with privileges,
I highly doubt mods spend their time snooping everyones PM's
but when it comes to things like this there will obviously be rule breakers,
Once you break the rules and arouse suspicion, you kinda lose the liberty of PM privacy anyway

And any mod can ban you for not respecting the rules. It's not a right, it's a privilege.
That post actually made me laugh.
