Okay so I just bought the DSi R4i GOLD SLOT-1 flashcard type D ( www.r4ids.cn ) 3DS 1.4.4 compatible WOOD 3DS and I was wondering what Micro SD card I should buy.
(I have a DS Lite if that affects anything)
I was thinking about buying this 8GB Micro SDHC card Class 4
Will this work and run smoothly?
Also, is 8GB a good size? I'm not sure how big most ROMs are.
This is my first R4 so I'm not sure on what to buy!

Thanks for any help!
Support SDHC memory cards ( compatibility up to 32GB

It seems its gonna work.
And yeah 8 GB is ok.
You can get around 100 Roms on it.

No that's not, it's a fake/nobrand (likely from china). That's pretty much the worst you can get. Hell, it might not even be 8GB, we've seen people buy cards from ebay and find out they're 2GB with a bigger label written on. Just from looking at that, I can tell you it's a bad idea.

Get REAL memory from a REAL store that you physically walk into (and get a good brand like PNY or A-Data or Transcend), and make sure it's Class-4 or Class-6.

DS ROMs are usually from 16MB-512MB in size, most of them around the 24-64MB mark. You can easily fit 50-90 games in an 8GB.

Alright, thanks for the help, I probably should've realized that it was crap seeing how there's no brand name on it. :P
So I think I'll get this one, it looks good, right?
And 8GBs should definitely be good enough for me then

I know, I was amazed at the price! It's even much cheaper than all the off-brands I've seen. And I can do free store pickup :D
